Only an owner can add or remove users to a Google My Business Listing.<\/strong> However, a manager may remove himself or herself from a listing. Google Groups can't be added as managers or owners of listings.<\/h3>

Adding a user to your Google My Business (GMB) listing allows you to share management responsibilities. Here\u2019s how to do it step-by-step:<\/p>

Step 1: Sign in to Google My Business<\/h3>
  1. Go to the Google My Business<\/a> website.<\/li>
  2. Click on the \u201cSign In<\/strong>\u201d button in the upper right corner.<\/li>
  3. Log in using your Google account associated with your GMB listing.<\/li><\/ol>

    Step 2: Select Your Business<\/h3>
    1. If you manage multiple locations, select the location you want to add a user to.<\/li><\/ol>

      Step 3: Access User Management<\/h3>
